We are seeking an organized and energetic Office Manager to manage daily operations and enhance the workplace experience in our Israel office. This role is crucial in maintaining a productive, efficient, and welcoming office environment that aligns with Payoneer’s global standards. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, a problem solver, and a proactive organizer who excels in multitasking and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders 
What you’ll be spending your time on:

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and safe work environment for all employees.
  • Manage office facilities, including maintenance, cleanliness, and safety protocols, in coordination with the global workplace team.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies inventory to maintain availability and prevent shortages
  • Provide exceptional support to Payoneer employees and guests by addressing their day-to-day needs and ensuring a high-quality workplace experience. 
  • Collaborate with HR to coordinate employee onboarding, offboarding, and other internal processes to foster a positive and cohesive work environment. 
  • Plan and execute in-house and off-site events, including sourcing and coordinating with vendors, managing budgets, and ensuring successful event delivery. 
  • Support workplace engagement initiatives by coordinating social events, team-building activities, and wellness programs that align with company culture and values
  • Oversee food orders and catering for the cafeteria, ensuring quality, variety, and employee satisfaction. 
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve catering services and address any issues promptly.

Have you done this kind of stuff? 

  • 3+ years of experience in office administration, facilities management, or a related field, preferably in a global or fast-paced company.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees, vendors, and stakeholders. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a high level of initiative and assertiveness when needed.
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software and tools.
