Your Opportunity:
This position is a full-time, in-person position reporting to the Chief Marking and Operations Officer. As the Office Manager, you be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, managing administrative staff, and supporting the needs of our dynamic team. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a strong sense of initiative, and the ability to create a productive and positive work environment.
Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Office Operations: Oversee all aspects of office management, including maintenance, supplies, equipment, and security to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and ensure the timely delivery of services and supplies.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and manage company events, meetings, and team-building activities, ensuring all logistics are handled seamlessly.
  • Budget Management: Monitor office budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports to support cost-effective operations.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure the office complies with health and safety regulations and that all employees are aware of emergency procedures.
  • Culture and Morale: Foster a positive office culture by promoting teamwork, recognizing achievements, and organizing initiatives to enhance employee engagement.

Skill and Abilities:

 

 

  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive and resourceful problem-solving skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other related softwares.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle changing priorities with ease.
  • Financial Insight: Basic understanding of budgeting and financial management.

Job Requirements:

 

 

  • Required languages Spanish + English, Creole is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or administrative roles
  • Familiarity with financial technology tools and software is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

 

 

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
