Office Manager Overview

The Office Manager is a new role that combines executive assistance with office management. Calendar management and travel booking are the heart of the job. Around that core, you will coordinate meetings, plan company events, and own the practical side of IT, such as laptops and account access. Over time the role will grow to take on operations work like commercial insurance renewals. This is a good fit for someone who likes variety, anticipates what people need before they ask, and takes pride in being the person a team can rely on.

IT administration

  • Maintain the company laptop and equipment inventory
  • Prepare and distribute laptops to new hires, and collect equipment when people leave
  • Manage account access, including setting up new accounts and removing access at off-boarding
  • Partner with HR so onboarding and off-boarding run smoothly on day one and last day
