What You’ll DoSupport Hiring: Post job openings, review applications, schedule interviews, prepare offer letters, and assist throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate Onboarding: Manage background checks, drug screenings, new-hire paperwork, orientation, and required training.
Assist Team Members: Help employees navigate policies, benefits, training requirements, and employment-related questions.
Manage Office Operations: Maintain personnel files, process invoices, track deposits, and prepare workers’ compensation documentation.
Partner with Leadership: Support daily operations, communication, and team needs throughout the community.
Champion Our Culture: Create a welcoming and positive environment for team members, residents, families, and visitors.
Relevant Experience: Two or more years of experience in office management, HR, recruiting, or a related administrative role preferred.
Strong Organization: Excellent attention to detail with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
Technology Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
People Skills: Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
