Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented NYC based Office Manager and Employee Experience to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate will be forward-thinking, passionate about creating efficient office environments, and capable of staying on top of all office operations. This role is key in managing the full cycle of office operations and enhancing the employee experience by overseeing all administrative functions

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $80,00 - $85,000. Our salary will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, knowledge, skills, locations, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data. 

This is a full-time onsite position and requires candidates to work from Fiverr's NYC office. 

What am I going to do?
  • Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office's everyday life in all its aspects such as: managing visitors and guests, mailing, deliveries, parking, arranging cleaning crew, procurement payment processing, facilitating communication to staff about office-related changes and updates, managing office badges, etc.
  • Manage inventory in our offices and order all supplies, such as kitchen, office, cleaning supplies, and manage grocery orders
  • Manage the relationship with various suppliers and service providers.
  • Provide administrative support for Fiverr’s remote US employees and Orlando Workspace, such as mailing onboarding/offboarding kits, arranging office/conference space, ordering catering, etc.
  • Oversee the office’s ongoing maintenance- managing the vendors that provide services for cleaning, AC, waste disposal, recycling, etc.
  • Ensuring the office meets health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with US regulations.
  • Manage logistics of office reorgs/moves.
  • Manage the US office budget and ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • All other tasks and duties as assigned.
  • Manage employee engagement calendar, organize seasonal decor/catering in alignment with the calendar 
  • Coordinate in-office and off-site events/holidays for NYC and ORL
  • Coordinate with travel director, hotel reps to provide efficient visitor experience
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in the field of Office Administration
  • Availability for a full-time position in the office (M-F in office) and flexibility in staying late hours as needed.
  • Experience in event planning and leading employee engagement events from start to finish
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and high standards, ability to multitask and prioritize work tasks.
  • Highly organized and responsive. 
  • Excellent customer service personality with a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work in a highly demanding, fast-paced environment.
  • Great communication skills and the ability to convey messages clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to work both as a team player and independently.
  • Proactive and highly motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented approach.
