THE ROLE
We are looking for an Office Manager to join our First Impression team. First Impression enables the best possible work environment for every Netlighter within office management, event management and reception/administration.
We are looking for a person who has a minimum of 2 years of experience within office management and project management.
A person with an exceptional sense of service and a driven personality with high ambitions. You will be based in Stockholm but also work globally as an office speciallist with focus on our nordic offices.

TASKS
· Global office management
· Creating policies and procedures
· Enable our office concept
· Coordinate and manage projects
· Sustainability and environmental work
· Cooperation with our operations team
· Support Netlight colleagues with day-to-day matters
· Support Netlight’s core business
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum 2 years of experience within office management
· Verbal and written fluency in Swedish and English
· Excellent communication and people skills
· Curious and resourceful mindset
· Attention to detail and great organizational skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Experience in customer service
· A genuine interested within interior design
· Computer skills including Microsoft Office
