Experience & Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure an efficient and positive patient experience
- Lead, coach, and support administrative and clinical team members
- Manage scheduling, staffing coordination, and office workflow efficiency
- Monitor office performance metrics, patient satisfaction, and operational goals
- Support insurance, billing, and financial processes while maintaining compliance and accuracy
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of dental management experience preferred
- Previous pediatric dental experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
- Experience managing schedules, patient flow, and office operations in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and practice management software preferred
