📌 What You’ll Do

Operations

  • Whilst based at the London (EC1) office you will run day-to-day office life and our 2 x front-of-house team (London and Leeds)

  • Manage facilities, suppliers, IT and budgets

  • Support onboarding and team needs across locations

  • Propose, organise and manage agency and client Events & Experience

  • Handle gifting, meetings, and office experience

  • Oversee Health & Safety

  • Own compliance, training, and risk management

  • Coordinate global travel including visa’s, accommodation, itineraries, and logistics

PA Support

  • Support CEO, MD, CSO & Senior Team with diaries, travel, expenses, admin
