Intergo Telecom Ltd is currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager / PA to support our executive team and manage the operational aspects of our office. In this dual role, you will be responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly while providing administrative support to senior management. Responsibilities:
Office Manager Duties:
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the executive team.
- Oversee office operations, including supplies management, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
- Coordinate and plan office meetings, and functions, ensuring seamless execution.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Assist in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Book venues, arrange catering, and handle logistics for company gatherings.
PA Duties:
- Provide direct support to CEO.
- Organize and manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as required
- Handle correspondence, emails, and calls on behalf of CEO.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring they are professional and polished.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or Personal Assistant in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Fluency in English language is a must.
