Job Summary
The Office Manager oversees branch office administration, procedures, and day-to-day operations to promote organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. This role is responsible for maintaining office systems, supporting internal communication, streamlining administrative processes, managing inventory controls, and coordinating office personnel and resources. This position is safety sensitive and requires compliance with the company’s drug and alcohol policy, as well as adherence to all applicable safety regulations and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Point person for restocking and maintenance of office and safety materials for the branch.
- Performs administrative tasks: mailing, shipping of supplies and equipment, bills, and errands.
- Organize and maintain office operations, procedures, layouts, and administrative systems to support branch efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate with the IT department on all office equipment.
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office leases.
- Provide general support to visitors and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Manage office services, including correspondence controls, filing systems, supply requisitions, and clerical support functions.
- Maintain office records and procedures for document retention, retrieval, disposal, protection, and staff transition support.
- Allocate tasks and assignments to subordinates and manage their performance and results.
- Perform review and analysis of special projects and keep branch management properly informed.
- Responsible for providing orientation and training for new employees.
- Ensure the top performance of Customer Service Representatives by providing them with adequate coaching and guidance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Minimum (3) three years of Office Management experience.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
