Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as an Office Manager at a Construction Law Firm in Coral Gables. As an Office Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the office, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle administrative tasks, and ensure the office runs smoothly.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Proficiency in office management software and MS Office Proficiency in using Tabs or other similar law firm management software is preferred.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in office management or a similar role is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
