We are looking for an Office Manager to strengthen our administration team in Kaunas, Lithuania. You will work with versatile tasks and in an amazing friendly team making work not only interesting but also pleasant process.
Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.
In this role, you will:
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Coordinating occupational health and safety processes and maintaining related documentation.
- Welcoming guests and clients from Lithuania and abroad, providing professional assistance and information.
- Managing and routing incoming phone calls and information flow.
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the office, including ordering office supplies and services and monitoring their availability.
What we expect of you:
- Have previous experience in office administration.
- Have good Lithuanian and English language skills.
- Be familiar with document management and office administration procedures.
- Possess good computer literacy skills.
- Have strong communication, organizational, and planning skills.
- Be able to manage large volumes of information and documentation.
- Be able to analyze, organize, and summarize information effectively.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety principles would be considered an advantage.

Salary
We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 11 Eur/h up to 14 Eur/h (~1840 Eur—2340 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.
*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
