Qedma is looking for an Office Manager who is sharp, highly organized, and quick to learn - someone who thrives in operations and ensures the office runs seamlessly.
This is a maternity leave cover role for about 6 months, offering a great opportunity to join an amazing team and make a real impact from day one.

ResponsibilitiesOffice & Operations
- Own the day-to-day running of the office: supplies, vendors, logistics, and general operations.
- Handle procurement of office and IT equipment.
- Manage office systems such as access control, and basic IT/ admin tasks.
- Handle invoices and payment tracking.
- Own vendor relationships: contracts, negotiations, and renewals.
- Executive Support- Support the leadership team with complex calendar management and cross-team coordination.
People & Culture
- Support the employee experience: onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day assistance.
- Assist with hiring processes: posting roles, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates.
- Organize and run team events, happy hours, and company-wide activities.
- 2 – 4 years of experience in office management, administrative roles, or operational support, preferably in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, hands-on, and able to manage multiple responsibilities with ease.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships across the company.
- Detail-driven, dependable, and capable of owning tasks from start to finish.
- A proactive problem solver with a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.
- Fluent English, both spoken and written.
- Comfortable working with digital tools and systems; quick to pick up new platforms.
