What you'll do:
- Ensure that our office infrastructure functions smoothly, including maintenance, repairs, and coordination with external service providers
- Act as the main point of contact for landlords, suppliers, and partners
- Organize cleaning processes and train the onsite team
- Implement health and safety guidelines as well as conduct regular risk assessments
- Support renovation and improvement projects (timeline, budget, coordination with teams)
- Manage office supplies, pantry, and orders
- Coordinate occupational health services and health initiatives
- Work closely with the Employee Experience Team to continuously improve comfort and satisfaction in the workplace
Who we're looking for:
- Fluent German and English skills - Both C2.
- Several years of experience in office, facility, or workplace management
- A structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
- Experience in managing external service providers and suppliers
- Confident handling of contracts and internal interfaces (e.g., Legal, Procurement)
- A hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for operational topics
- Knowledge of occupational safety and building compliance in Germany is a plus.
