Workplace Manager (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a Workplace Manager to join our team in Berlin, someone who can lead the transition into a new office and ensure a smooth move while ensuring every bunchie has a great working experience on a day-to-day basis.

• As an Workplace Manager at bunch, you’ll be part of the People team, reporting to our People Lead and will play an instrumental role in creating a welcoming, well-run environment in our HQ

• By fostering moments of connection and care, you’ll help build a strong sense of belonging and engagement across the team.

• The Office is a place where we regularly invite customers and founders. It is essential that it accurately represents our employer brand and values.

• Create and maintain a great workplace environment on the day-to-day basis, to make sure our bunchies have everything they need to feel good

• Lead and manage the upcoming office move, including looking for new locations, organising office visits, and driving the moving project

• Manage office supplies, equipment, and general management of our office

• Support the People team with various administrative tasks and internal coordination

• Book travel and accommodation for our Founders and new joiners coming to Berlin for onboarding

• Support the People team in organising team rituals and events, like international lunches, company off-sites, or training sessions

• Ideally, 2 years of proven experience managing an office move from start to finish

• A caring and detail-oriented mindset, and ability to be proactive in the day-to-day operations

• Excellent organisational and project management skills

• Strong understanding of the local Berlin market

• Excellent communication skills in English, with a minimum of B2-level proficiency in German

• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and prioritising effectively in a fast-paced environment
