Office Manager Job Description
You will be responsible for overseeing and managing office operations in Vienna and other locations, ensuring smooth daily functioning and efficiency. This role includes organizing travel, handling guest hospitality and reception, managing mail and filing systems and support in various administrative tasks. You will also independently manage the procurement process of office and cleaning supplies, ensuring a sufficient stock of all necessary supplies and services, including food and beverages.
