The Role

We are seeking a reliable and resourceful Office Manager Assistant to support the smooth operation of our Athens office. This is an onsite role, ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys multitasking across facilities, admin, and front-desk responsibilities.

Your Key Responsibilities

As an Office Manager Assistant, you will:

• Support front-desk and facilities operations and provide administrative support across departments

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams regarding office-related inquiries and needs

• Manage inventory and procurement of office supplies and consumables

• Administer payments for utilities and other recurring operational expenses

• Support the administration of employee benefits and coordinate related vendors

• Coordinate office maintenance and resolve facility-related issues by liaising with vendors and service providers

• Ensure compliance with safety standards in collaboration with the designated Safety Technician

• Manage courier services and incoming/outgoing deliveries

What You Bring

• Proven experience in office administration, facilities coordination, or front-desk operations

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English

• Professional and dependable demeanour with a service-oriented mindset
