How you will shape Prophero:

  • Office Management:
    • Oversee general office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
    • Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with service providers.
    • Assist in organizing company events, training  and team activities.
    • Ensure a well-organized and efficient office environment as well as being close and supportive with the team.
    • Office equipment & merchandising order and inventory management.
    • Proactively propose initiatives for the team and the office to enhance team engagement and experience.
  • Administrative HR Tasks:
    • Assist in the creation and management of employment contracts.
    • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR  matters.
    • Ensure compliance with our internal policies.

What you will bring to our team:

  • Experience: Previous experience in an internship in an HR environment.
  • Education: 3rd/ 4th year HR / ADE Student-Mandatory.
  • General Skills: Detail-Oriented, Proactive, Autonomous, People-oriented.
  • Tools: HRIS knowledge preferred.
  • Advanced English, as all our teams are distributed globally and we use English for all internal communications. 
  • Detail-oriented and collaboration skills!
