Job DescriptionWe are currently looking for an Office Manager (Full-Time or Part-Time) to join our growing team and become the central hub of our Frankfurt office:
- Site Setup: You will shape the build-out of our first dedicated Frankfurt office from day one, creating an inspiring workplace that fosters collaboration, creativity, and innovation.
- Office Management: You will ownership of day-to-day office operations, from welcoming guests and handling mail to managing office supplies and IT hardware inventory.
- Process Optimization: You will build efficient administrative processes from the ground up and support the founding team with organizational and operational tasks.
- Communication & Relationship Management: You will communicate confidently and professionally with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Event & Culture Management: You will organize team events, social activities, and office initiatives that strengthen our culture and bring the team together.
To thrive in this role, you should bring the following qualifications:
- Hands-On Mentality: You don't just spot tasks, you take ownership and tackle them proactively. You enjoy building things from the ground up and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves.
- Experience: You have experience in office management, hospitality, tourism, event management, executive support, or a comparable organizational and service-oriented role.
- Organizational Talent: You are highly reliable, well-organized, and able to keep track of multiple priorities, even in fast-paced environments.
- Strong Communication Skills: You have an open ear for the team's needs, enjoy working with a variety of stakeholders, and are comfortable communicating in both German and English.
