We are currently seeking a full-time Regional Office Manager to join our Regional Office team in Springfield, Illinois.
The Regional Office Manager is responsible for supporting the daily operations of a busy Regional Office while serving as a key liaison between field staff, facility leadership, and corporate teams. This position oversees administrative functions, supervises office staff, manages invoicing and financial administrative processes, coordinates employee onboarding activities, and ensures the efficient flow of information throughout the region. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with excellent organizational, customer service, and administrative skills.

- Provide leadership and oversight of regional office operations and administrative functions.
- Supervise, coach, develop, and evaluate office support staff.

- Coordinate with vendors, facility staff, and Corporate Accounting regarding invoice status, payment inquiries, and supporting documentation. a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; }
- Generate and distribute recurring and ad hoc operational, staffing, and compliance reports for regional leadership and clients.
- Serve as the primary liaison between facility staff, regional leadership, Corporate departments, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain tracking systems for credentialing, continuing education requirements (CEUs), certifications, and other regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate temporary staffing and agency personnel requests when necessary.
- Provide general office management support, including phone coverage, correspondence, recordkeeping, and administrative coordination.
- Attend and support staff meetings, training programs, and organizational initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Minimum of three (3) years of office administration, business operations, or administrative support experience.
- Previous experience coordinating administrative functions, employee support processes, and office operations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Professional phone etiquette and the ability to communicate effectively with employees, leadership, and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Must maintain current tuberculosis documentation and active CPR certification.
- Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance, where applicable.
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience.
- Experience with payroll, invoicing, employee onboarding, or workforce management processes.
- Working knowledge of spreadsheets, databases, Kronos, HRIS, or payroll systems.
- Experience supporting healthcare, correctional healthcare, or multi-site operations environments.
