Office Management Assistant

DP World, the fast-growing transportation and logistics leader that currently manages more than 10% of world trade, is seeking a well-organized professional to join its Greenfield Contract Logistics site in Mosnov, Czech Republic as Office Management Assistant.

Your Responsibilities:
•    Maintaining communication with HR teams, business leaders, Hiring Managers, and external partners.
•    Supporting managers in organizing meetings, schedules, and business trips.
•    Preparing and managing confidential documents, reports, invoices.
•    Organizing electronic and paper-based documentation.
•    Tracking office supplies and communicating needs to the procurement team.
•    Supporting HR in organizing company events.
•    Performing ad hoc administrative tasks as requested by management.
•    Supervising office cleaning activities.
•    Welcoming visitors and supporting the HR team with onboarding organization, when necessary.
•    Managing company passenger car-related matters.

Your Profile:
•    A valid passenger car driving license is considered an asset.
•    Proficiency in English and Czech, both written and spoken.
•    Ability to independently and effectively manage tasks and resolve issues.
•    Demonstrates innovative thinking by constructively challenging existing approaches and proposing solutions aligned with business objectives.
•    Acts with integrity, showing openness, fairness, credibility, and respect toward all individuals and teams.
•    Communicates clearly and applies ideas and processes in a simple, structured, and understandable way.
•    Builds and maintains effective collaboration with internal stakeholders.
•    Shows a high level of autonomy, including proactive problem-solving and timely decision-making.
