What You'll Do
As our Office & Hospitality Assistant, you’ll be the heart of our day-to-day office experience. Your role will help everyone on the team do their best work in a well-maintained and people-focused environment. On a typical day, you might:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including tidiness, equipment upkeep, and supply organization
- Proactively manage inventory and place orders with vendors to keep everything running smoothly
- Collaborate with the HR team to support company events, milestone celebrations, and department projects
- Provide thoughtful input on how to improve office policies and procedures for efficiency, hospitality, and compliance
This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes and finds joy in creating an exceptional experience for others. You’ll bring order, energy, and hospitality to the way we work.
Work Schedule
We offer flexible mid-day shifts that allow for work-life balance:
- Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM, or
- Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
What We're Looking For
You’re a natural host, organizer, and helper... someone who anticipates needs before they’re spoken. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- A high school diploma
- Proven experience in office or facilities management
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, written and verbal
- Confidence using everyday computer tools and office software
- A proactive mindset and genuine passion for hospitality in the workplace
