The Head of the Office will ensure the execution of the overall operational activities in line with the directives in order to secure profitability and high professional level of client service of the Argentina Delivery Office of Henley & Partners. 
Responsibilities:
 

  • Provide inspirational leadership and management to the team to ensure well-motivated, trained and developed staff; promote an environment that aids employee engagement.
  • Ensure that the office achieves its business objectives, organizational targets and strategy.
  • Oversee the daily operations to ensure an efficient and adequate management.
  • Provide strategic advice and assistance and have a general appreciation of the local laws and regulations.
  • Establish and maintain effective formal and informal links with clients, key decision-makers, government departments and agencies, to exchange information and ensure that the Company is providing the appropriate range and quality of services.
  • Represent H&P in negotiations with clients, suppliers and other key contacts to secure the most effective contract terms of business for the firm.
  • Ensure cost control activities, approve bank payments and assure sound financial control.
  • Apply the most cost-effective methods and approaches to provide leading-edge services and retain our competitive advantage while meeting the company goals.
  • Be able to anticipate and navigate challenges that the local office could face.
  • Ensure that appropriate policies are developed to meet the Company's mission and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain an effective marketing and public relations strategy to promote the products, services and image of the firm.
  • Be able to make recommendations for company/office structures and policies in order to develop and maintain a high-achieving workforce.
  • Act as key point of contact for the global office network and Government officials in Argentina.

  • University undergrad or graduate studies, with a commitment to continuous professional development
