Role Overview

We are looking for a professional, organized, and personable Office Coordinator to serve as the face of our Fayetteville office. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, candidates, vendors, and employees, and will play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly day to day. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner; manage visitor sign-in and badging in accordance with security protocols

• Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls; take and relay messages as needed

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

• Maintain the appearance and organization of the reception area and common spaces

• Schedule and coordinate conference room bookings and meeting logistics

• Support office supply ordering and inventory management

• Assist with coordination of candidate on-site interviews, including greeting candidates and coordinating with the recruiting team

• Provide administrative support to office leadership and operations staff as needed

• Enforce visitor and access policies in alignment with company security requirements

• Serve as a general point of contact for facility-related needs and escalate issues appropriately

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or front office role

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Professional demeanor with a strong customer service orientation

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Google Workspace

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive or confidential information

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting a security-conscious environment or familiarity with visitor management systems

• Background in defense, aerospace, or technology company settings

• Experience coordinating interview logistics or supporting a recruiting function
