The Role

Job DescriptionDPR Construction is seeking an energetic and highly motivated Office Coordinator to join our team. The
ideal candidate will have 4+ years of administrative experience and able to take initiative to complete
tasks effectively, anticipate needs of the office and maintain organization and cleanliness of shared
spaces. We are seeking a candidate with a creative personality, a knack for problem-solving in fastpaced environments, and someone who creates a welcoming atmosphere. The Office Coordinator helps
create opportunities for enjoyment and upholds our company culture by supporting the people
practices team and managing daily operations of the office. This role involves maintaining office needs,
demonstrating high-quality work, exercising discretion, paying attention to detail, prioritizing tasks and
troubleshooting.
As an integral member of this office, the ideal candidate for this position exemplifies DPR’s four core

This candidate will be responsible for the 
following: 
• Supports office supply ordering, inventory tracking, and organization of shared spaces.
• Assists with meeting logistics and coordination, food orders, and internal event setup.
• Coordinates basic facilities needs and communicates issues to building management.
• Managing building access for DPR employees
• Supports administrative tasks including purchasing cards, asset management and fleet coordination.
• Provides basic receptionist coverage, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and managing 
incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Maintains office cleanliness, organization, and readiness for employees and guests.
• Supports New Hire Onboarding preparation, logistics, and day of coordination and facilitation. 
• First point of contact for visitors and new hires in the DPR office
Qualifications
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage tasks, produce 
quality work and consistently meet deadlines. The successful candidate will possess:
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Excellent listening skills and strong communication skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve complex issues and work in a fast-paced environment. 
• Professionalism and pleasant demeanor.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
• 4+ years of administrative work.
• Ability to adapt to change and manage multiple simultaneous activities. 
• A strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude about DPR.
• Ability to work as a Team-player and independently.
• Office organization and management will occasionally require lifting 20+ pounds
• This position is salaried.
• Regular attendance 7am – 4pm OR 8am-5pm Monday – Friday

Anticipated starting pay range:

$55,000.00- $65,000.00
