- First 30 days: Get to know Pattern’s office systems and processes, build relationships with your team and key partners, and become familiar with office operations, supplies management, and support workflows.
- First 60 days: Start taking ownership of daily office coordination tasks, including supplies ordering, event support, and facility requests. Begin identifying areas for improved efficiency and support cross-team needs as they arise.
- First 90 days: Manage all core office coordination responsibilities independently, contribute ideas for process improvements, and proactively support office initiatives. Be recognized by your peers as a dependable go-to resource for office operations.
What is the team like?
- You will work with the other C-Suite Executive Assistants and be supervised and mentored by the Senior Executive Assistant. This team is data driven and results oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.
