Office Coordinator

The position of Office Coordinator is a key role in the company's office operations. This position is responsible for administrative and coordination duties including organizing meetings and events, managing office equipment, greeting guests, and supporting office communications. To be successful, the position requires effective problem-solving skills, communication skills, and organizational talent. 📍 Location: Budapest, 13th district (on-site)

Main responsibilities:

  • Office reception: welcoming visitors, and managing front-desk activities
  • Administration and coordination: handling office administrative tasks, including managing office documents, handling emails, organizing meetings and events, coordinating travel arrangements, and more
  • Availability and communication: The office manager serves as the primary point of contact for the company or office and is responsible for effective communication among clients, partners, and employees
  • Equipment and supplies management: ordering, maintaining records of, and managing office supplies, equipment, and resources
  • EHS Management System Representative: responsible for implementing and operating the Environment Health and Safety Management System
  • Fleet Management
  • Other ad hoc tasks
