As our Office Coordinator, you will be the face of nVent Management Company, ensuring that every visitor, client, and staff member experiences a welcoming and efficient environment. This role is crucial in maintaining our premier standards for office functionality and collaboration.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

  • Greet visitors, clients, and guests with integrity and warmth.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls.
  • Manage the visitor log and closely ensure security compliance.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all arrangements are flawless.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Assist with office maintenance to keep the space organized and functional.
  • Support staff with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
  • Help coordinate meetings, events, and company celebrations to foster a collaborative spirit.
YOU HAVE:
  • Proven experience in office administration, reception, or customer service roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
