The Opportunity

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team full-time at XR Global’s Budapest office in Váci Greens. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in maintaining a clean, safe, and inspiring workplace that supports employee well-being and productivity. This position requires on-site presence four days per week.

What You’ll Do

🛠 Office Supplies & Sustainability

  • Manage office supplies with a focus on cost-efficiency and minimal waste
  • Champion sustainable sourcing and eco-friendly practices

🏢 Facilities & Maintenance

  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of shared spaces
  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for equipment maintenance
  • Maintain cleaning checklists and inspect quality regularly
  • Organize office clean-ups and manage recycling and waste removal

🤝 Vendor & Contractor Management

  • Oversee relationships with third-party vendors (e.g., cleaning, deliveries, maintenance)
  • Liaise with building management to resolve facility issues

🧯 Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations (fire, electrical, first aid)
  • Organize safety trainings and track incident reports

👥 Employee & Visitor Support

  • Welcome guests and assist with meeting logistics, parking, and catering
  • Coordinate content for office TV displays
  • Support office expansion projects and enhance employee experience

📋 General Support

  • Assist the Managing Directors and the People & Culture team with admin tasks
  • Help organize meetings and programs for inbound visits

Requirements

High school diploma

Some experience in a similar role is preferred

Excellent Hungarian and English communication skills (written & spoken)

Proficiency in office software tools

A keen eye for cleanliness and order, with a genuine drive to maintain a well-organized and welcoming office environment

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Customer-focused mindset

Passion for sustainability and continuous improvement
