The Office Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operations of WellSky’s office environments. The scope of this job includes providing general facility management services, maintaining office operations and procedures, supporting building safety and security, and assisting with various workplace initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and direct internal and external visitors coming to the office, assist with inquiries, provide appropriate access, and relay information effectively and efficiently.
- Facilitate incoming and outgoing communication, which may include answering phones, managing emails and written correspondence, and organizing mail and packages.
- Monitor office supply inventory and coordinate with external vendors to order and stock necessary items.
- Maintain office environment to support operational readiness as it relates to office equipment, conference room support, maintenance orders, and office cleanliness.
- Provide assistance and coordination for internal and external hosted meetings, including room scheduling, catering, and building tours.
- Provide support for facility-related requests and inquiries submitted via internal ticketing system.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
Required qualifications
- GED or High School Diploma
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
Job Expectations
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
- Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
- Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
