We are now looking for someone to join our First Impression team for a temporary full-time position for over one year with a possible extension for 3-6 months, as our colleague will go on parental leave. First Impression is a part of our Operations team in Netlight and we enable the best possible work environment for every Netlighter. As an Office Coordinator, you will have an exceptional sense of service and a driven personality with high ambitions. Your role will involve a strong focus on office management and reception. In this role, a professional and positive first impression is important, both during personal meetings, email and phone.
You need an open and creative mindset, as new perspectives are highly valued in Netlight. You are resourceful, organized and like to challenge yourself to grow alongside your responsibilities. You will have all Netlights combined knowledge available – because knowledge sharing, diverse experiences, equality, and personal values are what working at Netlight is about.
Tasks
- Being a vital part of the Oslo Office relocation project group with responsibilities, coordinating the Oslo office temporary and permanent move.
- Coordinating and communicating with our external office suppliers and collaborators and handling deliveries.
- Managing the office to make sure it’s a pleasant workspace.
- Managing post and invoicing.
- Handling access for our employees as well as being responsible for office- and fire safety.
- Support with sustainability and environmental work.
- Support Netlight colleagues with day-to-day matters and core business.
- Our First Impression stars have an important role in giving a first-class welcome to our colleagues and external visitors.
- Other administrational and practical tasks
Requirements
- Verbal and written fluency in Norwegian and English.
- Excellent communication- and people skills.
- Experience in office management/ office relocation/ customer service and/or reception.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office.
