GENERAL PURPOSE:
Primary responsibility is to facilitate the communications functions of the corporate office and provide clerical support to all departments.
QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma required.

Must have a valid driver’s license.

One-year of general office experience

Excellent computer skills required, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

Excellent phone skills and interpersonal/ communication skills needed.

Bilingual preferred, but not necessary

Reliable transportation. Valid and current auto liability insurance.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Facilitates the communications system which may include: mail distribution, pagers, phone systems, memos, answers incoming calls, documents and disseminates appropriate messages.

Provides clerical support which may include preparation of admission, orientation, and new hire packets, typing, special projects, filing and coping.

Provides computer support and data entry, as needed.

Competently handle multi-line phone system. Demonstrates understanding of system features.

Demonstrates commitment, professional growth, and competency.

Promotes the Agency philosophy and administrative polices to ensure quality of care.

Files and keeps necessary data.

Meets attendance and punctuality expectations.

Consistently adheres to agency dress code.
