Office Coordinator

Best Point Education & Behavioral Health is seeking a highly organized, compassionate, and detail-oriented MRSS Office Coordinator to support our Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (MRSS) team in Lebanon, Ohio.
As the administrative backbone of the MRSS program, you'll help keep critical services moving—from answering the crisis line and coordinating therapist response to managing client intake, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring program data is complete and up to date.
This is a fast-paced role for someone who can stay calm under pressure, manage multiple priorities, communicate with compassion, and keep the details on track. Your work will directly support the team's ability to respond to children and families when they need help most.
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate Crisis Response
- Answer and operate the MRSS crisis line with professionalism, empathy, and a client-centered approach
- Dispatch MRSS therapists to community locations while ensuring appropriate team coverage and timely response
- Coordinate communication between MRSS staff and other internal or community partners as needed
- Help ensure the administrative side of crisis response operates smoothly and efficiently
Manage Client Intake & Records
- Open and close MRSS client cases while ensuring administrative, financial, and insurance requirements are completed accurately
- Maintain and update client demographic, contact, insurance, and financial information
- Check clients in for office-based appointments
- Ensure required documentation and information are complete and accurate
- Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive client information
Maintain Accurate Program Data
- Manage program data collection and reporting processes
- Complete timely and accurate data entry into Monthly Logs and SNAP systems
- Conduct bi-monthly data audits to identify and address documentation or data-entry issues
- Communicate documentation reminders and follow-up needs to staff and program leadership
- Help maintain accurate program records to support reporting, compliance, and program effectiveness
Support Daily Operations
- Provide administrative support including scanning, filing, photocopying, and document management
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, families, community partners, and internal teams
- Collaborate with MRSS staff, community partners, and internal stakeholders to support program operations
- Help maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming office environment
- Complete additional administrative responsibilities as assigned by leadership
- Follow all agency policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with data entry and office technology systems
- Ability to remain professional, compassionate, and composed when responding to urgent or emotionally difficult situations
