How you’ll contribute
An Office Coordinator who excels in this role:
- Directs patients and visitors while promoting positive guest relations.
- Accurately obtains demographic and insurance information, and is responsible for upfront collections.
- General clerical tasks as assigned.

What we’re looking for: Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience working in a therapy or healthcare office setting strongly preferred.
- Previous experience working with Medicare, Medicaid and commercial insurance rules and regulations strongly preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology strongly preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required, preferably before hire. May obtain within 30 days of hire.

Skills Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required, may obtain within 30 days)
