The role
We are looking for an Office Assistant for a Roads and Highways project based in Wadh Khuzdar, Balochistan, Pakistan. The candidate will support office operations and assist the project team with day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks.
- Support staff with administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and office coordination
- Assist in document handling, filing, and maintaining organized records
- Ensure office supplies are stocked, ordered, and properly organized
- Support meeting preparation, including arranging logistics and materials
- Maintain general office orderliness and assist with day-to-day operational needs
With a track record of achievement in a related role, you will have gained your experience in a consultancy environment and have a passion for building trusted relationships to drive positive change and win new work.
Suitable applicants will have/be:
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in office support or administrative work
- Good organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Office) will be an advantage
