About the role
We are seeking a full-time Office Assistant to our Estimating & Sales team at our Oconomowoc office. We welcome inquiries from qualified candidates who possess a strong work ethic, demonstrate attention to detail, a willingness to perform at high standards, have a positive attitude, and are focused.
What you'll do
- Provide support to QTS estimating & sales team
- Managing & organizing Dropbox files
- Preparing proposals, project data, cost estimate & bid documents
- Inputting into HubSpot
- Data entry
- Scanning / filing documents
- Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate staff as needed
Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong Microsoft office skills, particularly Excel
- High accuracy in data entry
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Able to handle multiple fast paced projects with deadlines
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within a constantly changing environment
- Be a team player
- Positive attitude!
Education Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Training in Microsoft office, particularly excel
