Location: Aurangabad, Maharashtra
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and create process dashboards/reports.
Identify bottlenecks and support teams with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Assist with internal audits, process walkthroughs, and compliance checks.
Train department teams on new SOPs or changes in workflow.
Support digitalization and automation of manual processes using tools like Excel, ZOHO, or ERP systems.
Maintain documentation for ISO, Lean, 5S, and safety protocols.
Follow up on pending work and report completion to seniors.
Assist senior executives in administrative and operational tasks
Prepare draft letters, reports, or minutes of meetings as guided.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages in a polite and professional manner
Coordinate with internal departments like Accounts, Purchase, HR, and MIS for data collection and report consolidation
Prepare and update Excel / Word files, reports, and checklists.
Ensure timely submission and circulation of reports, forms, and updates.
RequirementsJob Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field (MBA or equivalent degree).
0-3 + years of experience in Office assistance, preferably in a finance or corporate setup.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and financial reporting tools.
Excellent communication skills (English and Marathi,Hindi).
High attention to detail, organizational ability, and multitasking skills.
Discreet, reliable, and professionally mature.
Strong understanding of financial terminologies, compliance, and budgeting.
Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and manage complex priorities.
Tech-savvy with basic experience in ERP, Tally, or Zoho Books preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder coordination ability.
Must maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a high level of discretion.
Expected to work closely with the senior management team and cross-functional departments.
