Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations and contribute to an efficient workplace. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying organized, assisting team members, and working in a professional, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily administrative and office operations.
  • Organize and maintain office records and documentation.
  • Coordinate appointments and assist with daily office schedules.
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and office supplies.
  • Maintain office supply inventory and assist with restocking.
  • Prepare meeting rooms and shared workspaces for daily activities.
  • Assist team members with general administrative support.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
  • Follow company procedures and administrative standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
