Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the phone; answering or referring inquiries. Directs visitors to the appropriate company personnel; making sure all customers entering the building are signed in.
Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and guidelines. Respects confidentiality in discussing participant/consumer, staff, volunteers and organizational matters.
Perform contract review under supervision of the customer service supervisor; ensuring accuracy of new and revised contracts.
Sort and distribute mail to appropriate departments.
Prepare documents to be scanned by removing staples, paper clips, etc.
Scan documents into electronic database as directed by the company.
Ensure the scanned documents are legible before submitting them in the electronic database. Report any maintenance or repairs needed on the scanners to the appropriate outsourced company.
Perform other duties as assigned.

$17.00-$19.00 per Hour
