We are seeking an organized and dependable Office Assistant to support daily office operations. This role involves a mix of administrative, clerical, and light facilities tasks to help keep the workplace running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and manage front-desk or reception duties
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails
  • Sort, distribute, and process incoming/outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Schedule meetings, manage conference room bookings, and prepare meeting materials
  • Assist with filing, document organization, and basic record-keeping
  • Support HR or operations with onboarding paperwork and logistics
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers (cleaning, maintenance, IT, etc.)
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
  • Assist with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Provide general administrative support to staff and management as needed

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree a plus)
  • Prior experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
  • Punctual and reliable with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with office management software or scheduling tools
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or invoicing
  • Familiarity with HR onboarding processes
