This position is for a full-time Office Assistant at Rohlffs manor II and III, a 355-unit senior affordable housing community in Napa, CA. This is a HUD and Tax Credit property. Qualified candidates will have affordable housing property management experience. Knowledge in LIHTC is preferred. Yardi experience and COS is a plus. Salary range: $21.00 - $32.00 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $21.00 - $26.50 per hour, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Office Assistant assists the Property Manager and other office staff in the operation of the complex to help in assuring effective fiscal, physical and social soundness.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collects Rent, Makes Bank Deposits, Prepares and Submits Rent Roll, Verifies Income
- Complies with HUD, TCAC or other regulations
- Answers phone, assists residents and guests as the first point of contact
- Prepares correspondence, maintains neatness of the office, maintains required inventories for the office
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ Year of Property Management Experience
- Bi-lingual
- Knowledge of HUD, TCAC, DFEH a Plus
- Able to multi-task in a very busy office environment
- Good phone etiquette
