Office Assistant 50% (m/w/d)

We are expanding our global footprint and seeking an Operations & Process Optimization Office Assistant for our office Constance, Germany. This role reports directly to the COO.
This is a fixed-term position (1 year) with the option of transferring to a permanent role.

Tasks
* Responsible for purchasing production material and operating supplies
* Quality control for orders received
* Maintaining databases and ERP system
* Support with shipping logistics (preparing documentation, packaging goods, etc.) and coordination with shipping service providers
* Office organization and general administrative support for the operations team
Requirements
Must-have Requirements
* Minimum 2–3 years experience in in a similar role.
* You live in the Constance area – this is an in-office role.
* Experience with ERP systems
* Experience in shipping logistics, ideally including customs clearance
* Good communication skills and excellent English skills (grammatically correct verbally and in writing).
