Customer-facing Applications Engineer responsible for deploying and integrating hardware and software inspection tools into customer workflows. Provides system troubleshooting, technical support, testing, feature definition, customer demonstrations, and trade show assistance. Serves as a technical liaison between customers and internal product teams while building strong technical relationships. Requires an engineering degree, customer-facing technical experience, strong debugging skills, in-office work in Dallas, US citizenship, and travel up to approximately 50%.

Support operations by purchasing production and office supplies, performing quality control on orders, maintaining databases/ERP, assisting shipping logistics and customs documentation, and providing general administrative support to the operations team.

Deliver on-site training and tier-2 technical support for AR-enabled 3D surface inspection systems. Own and improve knowledge base content, validate features, test new functions, perform on-site measurement services, and relay customer feedback to engineering to drive product enhancements. Frequent international travel and hands-on hangar work required.

Drive customer adoption and success across pre-sales, onboarding, deployment, and renewals. Conduct technical discovery and demos, monitor integration and usage, identify churn risk, lead renewals and expansion, and build customer advocacy while collaborating with sales and applications engineering.
