We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Office and Content Assistant to join our team. This hybrid role combines executive and administrative support, smooth office coordination, and content presentation assistance on our brand's social media channels. The ideal candidate can easily switch between handling logistics and presenting polished, engaging content for our digital channels. Who are we?

Key Responsibilities:
Executive & Office Support

• Manage calendars, travel bookings, and meeting prep for leadership
• Keep the office running smoothly — supplies, facilities, and general coordination
• Support team with onboarding, events, and ad hoc admin tasks

Content & Social Media

• Assist with planning, creating, and posting content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube etc.

What You’ll Need:

• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to confidently present in front of a camera, reading from a teleprompter
• Highly organised and able to multi-task
