Description
A leading provider of IT Managed Services in Northern New Jersey is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist in the day-to-day running of our office and support our team.Job ResponsibilitiesExecutive Assistant:

  • Managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Coordinating and scheduling company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Organizing travel arrangements and logistics for the CEO and other executive team members (as needed).
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and efficiently.

Office Administrator:

  • Assisting with various day-to-day office administrative tasks and projects.
  • Ordering and managing office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory for daily operations.
  • Receiving and Shipping packages.
  • Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor, acting as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
  • Demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
  • Streamlining and maintaining efficient filing systems (both physical and digital).

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Minimum 1 years of experience working in a fast-paced office environment as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software programs.
  • The ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and independent work style with a strong sense of initiative and ownership.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to find creative solutions to challenges.

Other Details about the Job

  • This is a Full-Time position.
  • All standard benefits are included such as medical/dental/vision insurance and vacation time.
