We're looking for an Office Administrator to become the heart of our Vilnius office. Someone who creates a welcoming environment, keeps daily operations running smoothly, and helps our colleagues feel supported, connected, and ready to do their best work.

  • Create a workplace people enjoy coming to every day by ensuring our Vilnius office is welcoming, organized, and running smoothly.

  • Manage daily office operations, including supplies, vendors, invoices, documentation, and office requests.

  • Build strong relationships with employees, visitors, candidates, and external partners, helping create a positive workplace experience.

  • Coordinate office refreshments, weekly breakfasts, catering, onboarding logistics, and other initiatives that contribute to employee experience.

  • Support office maintenance, workplace technology, health and safety processes, and continuous improvements across the office environment.

  • Drive internal office communication and coordinate initiatives and projects that enhance the employee experience and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Here’s how you’ll contribute:
  • At least 1-2 year of experience in office administration, workplace operations, customer service, or a similar role.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and work independently.

  • A proactive mindset – you notice what needs attention and take initiative before being asked.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across teams and with external partners.

  • A good understanding of administrative processes, including document management, invoice handling, and office-related paperwork.

  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.

  • Confidence working with common office tools and systems.

  • A friendly, approachable personality and a genuine desire to create a welcoming and supportive workplace environment.

💵 Salary
From 1900 Eur/month (gross), depending on individual experience.
