An established Accounting and Audit firm in Nicosia are looking for an Office Administrator to join their team.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assess priorities of the Firm
  • Follow up outstanding issues
  • Liaise office affairs with clients
  • Support the administration of the Office
  • Filing and Scanning
  • Point person for Office maintenance, supplies, bills and payments
  • Submitting documents to various government departments such as Registrar of Companies
  • Assisting accountants of the firm and the Director
  • Assisting Clients with inquiries
  • Provide support to visitors

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience
  • University/College degree
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Excellent command of English and Greek language
  • Any other language will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent organizational and administration skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Previous experience in accounting, auditing or legal firms is desirable
  • Team-working skills

Benefits
  • Remuneration package: EUR 13,000 – 18,000
  • Year-end bonus
