Office Administrator – Melbourne

We’re looking for an organised, proactive Office Administrator to join our Operations team in Melbourne. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy supporting multiple stakeholders, and have a sharp eye for detail, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow within a respected insurance organisation.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the go‑to person for keeping our office and operational processes running smoothly. Your day will include:

• Managing incoming calls and emails.
• Coordinating office supplies across multiple offices.
• Handling mail, deliveries, and general office logistics.
• General administrative support.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and time‑management abilities.
• A resilient, adaptable approach.
• Ability to build strong working relationships across teams locally and interstate.
• Solid Microsoft Office skills.

Preferred:

• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in administration or business.
• Experience in an administrative role (financial services experience is a bonus)
