Office Administrator
About the Role
As an Office Administrator you play an important role in supporting in daily office operations and ensuring smooth workflow on a day-to-day basis.
Job Description
- Provide general administrative support to the General Manager
- Assist with daily tasks and projects
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing system
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Arrange travel accommodations and prepare travel itineraries as needed
- Assist in preparing and formatting documents, reports, and presentations
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist in organizing meetings and events, including coordinating logistics and preparing meeting materials
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and documents
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Diploma or a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Fluency in English
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to details
- Ability to meet daily deadlines under stressful conditions
- Ability to deal effectively multiple tasks simultaneously
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High ethical standards, fitting with the Values of Antenna Group
