NewLane Finance is seeking an Office Administrator to handle the administrative duties for the Leadership team and for the Accounting, Finance, Sales, Credit, Customer Service, Insurance, Human Resources, and Facilities Management departments. The qualified candidate is responsible for independently working with multiple departments executing tasks such as (but not limited to): managing third party vendor relationships, serving as liaison with building management, assisting with employee onboarding, assisting with document production/copying, ordering/managing company supplies, and other related tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage daily incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries and other forms of correspondences
- Provide general support to visitors
- Assist with preparation and mailing of certain correspondence internally & externally
- Process expense reports and invoices
- Track, order and replace office/food supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard office procedures
- Oversee and manage third party vendor accounts and relationships, i.e., UPS, Aramark, etc.
- Assist Human Resources with preparing confidential On-Boarding documentation for New Hires such as I9s, desktop set-up and employee badges, security access, etc.
- Follow up with housekeeping and maintenance with regard to facilities and building matters
- Coordinate internal communications and company events
- Maintaining filing systems – both digital and physical
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Provide general and miscellaneous administrative support, including copying, collating, printing and other similar duties to department heads
- Provide operational support to Customer Service, Accounting, Sales, Credit, and Technology departments when needed
Qualifications:
- Up to 1-3 years of relevant office experience including internships.
- Solid understanding of the internet along with excellent knowledge of MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and social media skills, etc.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills and attention to details
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Self-motivated
- Desire to learn about the business and grow in the role
- Ability to multi-task when needed.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills, listening and teamwork skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels and business units of the organization.

Salary Range:
$41,258.00 - $67,780.25Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
